Easy, Quick Pancake Recipe
FoFa says:
"BEWARE, because once you make these, any premix pancake stuff will taste like dry cardboard."
Estimated Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Mix all of the wet ones.
Mix all of the dry ingredients.
Then mix them together. Just stir. If it’s kind of chunky, that’s ok.
Just make sure the mixture is moist through.
Use a soup ladle to spoon it onto a hot griddle with a bit of butter.
When this just begins to bubble, turn.
Check after 25 seconds.
Cook until golden.
