I typically like any kind of dry rub for this one, usually a chilli powder based rub, but let your taste decide
Turn oven on lowest setting
Put rub/sauce on ribs
Wrap ribs in aluminum foil
Cook about 6-8 hours, unless your oven won't down to 150-170 F, then shorten the time so you don't dry them out.
If you want a good char, you can carefully (they will fall apart) grill then on very high heat shortly.
