Avocado Sauce

2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and cubed
3/4 cup half and half
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1. Process avocados and half-and-half in a food processor or blender, stopping to scrape down sides. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add avocado mixture and cook, stirring often, until thoroughly heated.
5. Stir in basil, salt and pepper.
