The Perfect Peelable Boiled Egg

Eggs
Water
Place the eggs in any pot with an exact fitting lid, in 1/2 inch of cold water.
Place on high heat for 6 minutes.
If you want HB eggs, after turning off the heat, leave covered for 6~7 minutes.
If you prefer softer eggs, leave covered for 3~4 minutes.
Run under cold water and they will ALWAYS peel easily!
Yes, I was shocked when I learned this too. But it works.
