Kingwood Breakfast Casserole
FoFa says:
"This is pretty good recipe on it's own. But it begs to be modified here and there. I like Mushrooms. You can't really go wrong with this one. One time, I had everything I needed to make an impromptu one, except meat. I had two strips of bacon, and that was it. But I did have a can of black beans. So I fried up the bacon, cooked the beans in the bacon fat and used those as meat. Came out really well. So don't be afraid to try different things in this one. Herbs go great in this one. Use sausage instead of bacon, works great also. But whatever you do, don't forget to let it stand before serving, it really needs to firm up some."
