Spaghetti, Indian spiced
FoFa says:
"My Son-in-law turned us on to this. Pretty dang good. It is even better if you have some left over, and you pan fry it the next day, don't know why, it just is.
This NOT something that totally turns this into another dish (well it might if you use too much). It is more an added hint of that little something extra.
I can usually get a jar of vindaloo paste at HEB in the ethnic section."
1 pound spaghetti noodles.
1 jar your favorite tomato based spaghetti sauce for noodles.
2-3 Tbl. spicy Indian vindaloo paste.
Whatever you else you like to add, for us it is usually 1 pound ground beef, one onion, package of sliced mushrooms.
Basically create your sauce how ever you normally do. Just add the spicy vindaloo paste. For 1 pound of noodles worth of sauce, 2 tablespoons adds a slight spicy, Indian flavor without over powering it.
Boil noodles per instructions.
Serve how ever you normally do.
