Estimated Cooking Time: 10 minutes/ bottle 2 weeks
2 Eggs
1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
1 tbl Vanilla Extract
1/3 tsp Lemon Extract
1/4 tsp instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup Irish Whisky
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend well. Bottle and let rest
2 weeks in refridgerator.
I usually double the recipe and use 1/5 bottle of Whisky.
