Spinach Pita Pizza

Estimated Cooking Time: 10 min
1 whole wheat pita
2T Ricotta Cheese
1/2 c frozen spinach thawed and drained
dash garlic salt
3 T mozzarellla cheese
Mix garlic salt with Ricotta cheese.
Spread onto Pita
Layer Spinach on top of ricotta cheese mixture
Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese
Bake in Toaster oven at 400 degrees for 10 min until warm and cripsy.
