Garlic Mushrooms

12 Large mushrooms
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Fresh thyme
1/8 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 deg F.
Clean mushrooms and cut lengthwise through the stems into 1/4 inch thick slices (or buy them sliced, I'm lazy).
Lightly spray or wipe a baking dish with about 1 tsp of the olive oil.
Heat the remaining olive oil and butter in a skillet.
Add the breadcrumbs and cook over heat and stir until the crumbs are coated and it turns to brown.
Stir in the garlic, thyme, salt, paprika and pepper until the garlic is translucent.
Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the mushrooms.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
