Pineapple Pudding, Baked

"This is just one of those wonderful things. A little whipped cream, or your favorite dessert sauce, yum.
I really like to use a fresh pineapple, it really adds something to it instead of the canned. I just "crush" it in a food processor (careful not to puree it)."
5 slices of bread.
3/4 cup of butter.
2 medium eggs.
1 large can of crushed pineapple.
1/2 cup of sugar.
2 tablespoons of flour.
Pinch of salt.
Cut the slices of bread into cubes, then fry in the butter until crisp.
Mix together all of the ingredients and put in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
