Bacon- Cheese Biscuits
2 slices of bacon
2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Microwave bacon until crisp, and crumble. Combine bacon and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Add milk, stirring just until moistened, Drop dough by rounded tablespoonful, 2 inches apart, onto a large baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
