Swedish Meatballs with Noodles

1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cp milk
2 tbs minced onions
1 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/4 cp all purpose flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cp water
1 (12oz) pkg extra wide egg noodles
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together first 8 ingredients. Shape into 16 2-inch meatballs; roll in the flour. Cook in large skillet over med heat, turning to brown on all sides. Drain and return to skillet.
In bowl, whisk together chicken soup and water until smooth; add to skillet. Heat to boiling then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Meanwhile cook noodles according to package; drain.
Serve meatballs and sauce with noodles.
Serves 4-6
