Creamy Guacamole
Recipe
Creamy Guacamole
4 avocados
1 16oz tub of sour cream
2 cans chopped green chiles
2 pcks of guacamole seasoning
1/4 bunch of cilantro leaves
4 tbs lime juice
In a food processor blend all ingredients together until creamy.
The mixture is really creamy and doesn't mix well in a blender but will work. It just takes longer and a little help with a spoon.
If mixing by hand, puree the chiles and cilantro first.
