Chow : Did all that in 2020. The ONE saving grace was we did not need to sell the old house before purchasing the current house……that would have been a nightmare! You are in my thoughts …….packing, unpacking (we moved from a thirty year residence) OMG the stuff we donated. One day we put 25 filled contractor bags along our fence …..every single bag done by next morning. Ha ha ha

Chow : I didn't see survey on your list but I'd get one. Since you have house, pool, pond, carport, etc, have them all located and also all nearby permanent markers located. If they have an old survey, have it redone to include all permanent structures and confirm perimeter locations and easements.
