Moving
Moving
Chow : Simple solution - don't move. Kingwood is pretty nice still.
Kittle : There's no turning back now
Chow : Either fixed or fell off. Don't know.

Chow : You can move but you have to stay on the forum. I will gladly give you 20 bucks. You can get the cash when you deliver my lemons.
Chow : Did all that in 2020. The ONE saving grace was we did not need to sell the old house before purchasing the current house……that would have been a nightmare! You are in my thoughts …….packing, unpacking (we moved from a thirty year residence) OMG the stuff we donated. One day we put 25 filled contractor bags along our fence …..every single bag done by next morning. Ha ha ha
I'll raise a goblet of wine from time to time in your honor.
you're gonna need to know you aren't the only one to embark on such a major move. Be afraid, very afraid. Stay out of the wifey's way and you might come out alive. Hee hee Feel free to hit me up for more tips anytime

Chow : I didn't see survey on your list but I'd get one. Since you have house, pool, pond, carport, etc, have them all located and also all nearby permanent markers located. If they have an old survey, have it redone to include all permanent structures and confirm perimeter locations and easements.

Chow : I'm still envious! It'll be worth it. That is a great little place and the shop is to die for! It's even set up for entertaining. Don't forget my invitation!
