CatalinaD : The weird thing to me is...is that Kingwood, per capita, actually has quite a bit less retail than a lot of other communities of similar size....and even so, we have a lot of empty retail buildings...kind of puzzling to me.
Joe : High rent?

Cbear : We don't need anymore fast food either.
TEXASGIRLMAMMA : Or ....urgent cares, nail salons! Did I miss anything friend?! LOL~!

Cbear : SteinMart would be great.
TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I really liked SteinMart. I wish that we could get some reasonably priced retail stores for ladies. Seems we have alot of "boutiques".

UptownGirl : I am well aware that traffic is a fact here. Doesn't mean I have to like it. I like new stores, I just don't see the need for a whole new, big development for them. I am hoping that the construction on Northpark, with an overpass to 59, will help with all of that.
CatalinaD : You reminded me of this!

Cbear : Yeah, We don't need that either!

CatalinaD : Traffic is always going to be here, face the facts. I am for new stores.
UptownGirl : I'm for new restaurants. I look forward to the steak house opening in Kings Harbor

Cbear : All the boutiques are for the younger ladies.

Ruger5 : In all reality, they should have made the now hospital a mall as it was originally intended. I think it would have been good back in the day. This discussion has been locked.
