I noticed today that there is a place that buys kids stuff over

KanKan : I took 2 laundry baskets of very good name brand items a few years back to them. They did not want to consign the items, they wanted to give me a flat rate. I had 25 or 30 outfits and they wanted to give me $17. I decided to donate to someone who truly needed them instead. I looked around the shop at what they were selling and Items similar/same brand were priced very high. They claimed they give 40% of what they would sell it for. I think they are a rip off.

KanKan : When I was there it was just clothing. That may have changed.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA: everything you said is very true; they can claim anything they want, but they are talking out of both sides of their mouth .They are most likely donating a lot less than 10%. I never sell those resale places.
