Good morning friends! It's a nice start to the day. Thankfully, the pup and I got a short walk in before it starts raining. Hopefully we will get some much-needed rain today, but it will clear out by this evening. Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour tonight. Hope everyone has a fantastic Halloween.

Weathergirl5 : Happy Halloween to you as well. I'm in a chipper mood. Had a good doctors visit yesterday. The vast majority of my tests came back and were excellent or average. My kidneys and liver have regenerated and are functioning. Heart seems good but they're still double checking everything. So, a good recovery from the stroke(s). I was told to lay off the sweets but I'll take it considering the rest. 😄

Sophos3 : Good morning! That is fantastic news. I am so happy for you. I didn't know that the kidneys could regenerate, but I knew the liver could. Again, I'm really happy for you. You can't put a price on good health.

goldie : Good morning, my friend! I love this. I thought about getting Gemma a Halloween costume, but I knew she wouldn't sit still long left for a picture so I figured I would save my money. Maybe I will go to Pet Ranch and get her a special treat.

Weathergirl5 : Thanks. Kidneys if damaged past a point can't fully recover or regenerate. Luckily I never required dialysis just time and care.

Sophos3 : That is good to know since I technically have chronic kidney disease. I am glad yours is stable and doing well. So far knock on wood mine is too and I hope to keep it that way.
