They are going back and forth between Eagle Pass and Piedras Negras for the original nachos. Ignacio, Nacho, is credited with serving the first ever nachos at his cantina in Piedras Negras. I just had to try them. Irma's are better.

I like different tacos depending on the day, I like Catambaro taco truck at the Airline's farmer's market. Mollejas, sweetbreads. Not puffy but can't be found anywhere else.

Barbrandy : More people coming here drives up demand for housing, which increases the cost of just about everything. These people have to eat, live, and work somewhere.

pickme2 : You spend your day scanning the internet. You never see the people that live in the RGV. Get on an airplane and go to Harlingen, Brownsville, ect. Or take a nice drive and see for yourself. Come for dinner and good conversation. Get out of the house.
