I'm aware of it. Look forward to the flurry of lawsuits and cannot fathom the utter backfire this will most likely result in. Every move this administration makes as we claw ever closer to the midterms sets them up for more of the opposite results they are trying for. They don't need to win over their diehard fan base. Trump even stated as much by saying, "I could say the stupidest things and you'd clap." They are alienating every other voter though and don't seem to care, which has me more wary.
