We made an offer on a house yesterday up in Livingston

Chow :
If you post pictures, the posse will know where to go

Chow : Don't do it!!

Rapsalot : A rich guy might see this post and just pay cash today and swoop it up. That's what scares me

My brain…..Do it
Do it
Do it Don't do it
Don't do it
Don't do it

Chow :
Is it the big property?

Txbutterfly : No this one is 2.7 acres. I can handle that

Chow :
that sounds perfect! lake view? dock access? sounds wonderful for y'all.

Chow :
I'd just wait til they sign a contract.

Chow :
Seriously you are not going to post the address so we can buy the house next door?

Wait until the option period is over. Don't jinx it!

LittleTexas : No not on the water but not far from the water There's not really a bunch of acres available on the lake you either buy a lake house on a lot or have property away from the lake. I couldn't afford 2.7 acres on the lake if there was a property for like that sale so it's kind of a give and take I guess

Chow :
What rich guy would care enough?

Chow: you close to Johnson's rock Shop ? It's near the gambling place

Chow: wait till it's Yours and then post we can wait ! As long as your happy I'm good !

Chow :
I would also wait until you find out if the offer is accepted. Good luck, and I hope you and your family are very happy with your decision.
