rocklady2024 : Cosmetics repairs are important. Make it look clean as possible. Painting is always recommended; a clean look goes a long way. It is an appraisal not an inspection, correct? Big difference.

rocklady2024 : Usually look at square feet and how many bedrooms/bathrooms, general upkeep like rotted wood, paint (equivalent to your neighborhood), elevation from street/flood potential, and age/condition of roof.
