The average time to get these permits is 170 days, IF everything is in order. Look how quickly Brooklyn Pizza got theirs. There is something else going on with KeKe's; maybe corporate slow down, since they are owned by Denny's?

Not in this town or county, but I saw a Dutch Bros go from ground breaking to first cup in three weeks. And several years ago I saw a Church's chicken in a southeast Texas town serve its first meal in four weeks.

If you get the opportunity, try 7 Brew. There's one on 242 by the Woodlands. It's very similar to Dutch Bros.

They are hiring so should be soon

Gammyof2 : I agree! I love 7Brew. I go to the one off El Dorado off Gulf Freeway when I have errands to do at my credit union down there. Not gonna lie- I actually like them better than Dutch Bros. 7Brew is coming to Atascocita in the parking lot of Kroger and Chicl fil a at border of WLHP and 1960. I can't wait.

I work right by both KeKe and Dutch Bros. and have been watching for weeks for some movement. Wish we had a date.

Best place in Kingwood is getting my coffee served in bed. Sorry Dutch Brothers.

My favorite is Black Rock Coffee in Humble. I love Dutch Bros too though. I order espresso over ice with SF syrup.
