Last trip to SHOWBIZ KW I said the last time was the last time, but we thought the SDX theater would be different…IT'S NOT. When we walked in, there was popcorn all over the floor in the lobby, in every direction, the bathrooms need a good scrubbing from a professional cleaning service, as does every inch of this place, and, as many have commented previously, the seats and cup holders are horrendous. I felt like I needed a decontamination shower after leaving. Next movie trip is somewhere far from this sh!+hole. NEVER.EVER.AGAIN. SHOWBIZ KW, DO BETTER!!!
donnatella : That is just gross and the reason I wait and buy the DVD and watch it in the comfort of my own home.
TEXASGIRLMAMMA : There are movies, from time to time, that I want to see in the theater; my son and dil went to see Ulysses and said the big speakers/screen/bass of it all, were a must for that movie. But other than about 2 times a year, I can wait for the rest, and watch from home...in my jammies...with my popcorn; a bag of kettle corn.

MissAmericanPie : It opened June 2010. So it's 16 years old. My friend and I went there over a year ago and the seats were deteriorating then, so this problem has been going on for a long time.

NeenaC0629 : Yes, That one is always very nice and if I have to see something in the theater that's where I go.
eighteen : VNwich has stayed open throughout the years of construction and still serves the best Bahn Mi, Pho, and Vermicelli dishes. They're clean andservice is great as is their food.

terrielee : Unfortunately, I wouldn't know, but there are a few Vietnamese sandwich shops on my side of the lake.
It's so awful and sad. Has anybody Heard that they're going to do any renovations?
GreentreeMom : Given how sparse the attendance was, it looks like ownership has completely given up. I can't imagine them investing in an upgrade of seats in all 15 theaters. Even a regular deep cleaning, which is desperately needed, at minimum, might be more than they are willing to invest. We saw only one employee headed into a theater, after the movie, only carrying a broom and dust pan. From what we saw first hand, it appears all they do in between movies is sweep the floor. The filth we saw is months and months of no proper cleaning attention.
