Chickadee : Looks like Dolly wants to go for a swim!

Chickadee : No experience staying there but it is a beautiful park. The A-frame is a basic building. Water spigot, electrical outlet, lighting, picnic table, grill, and a fire ring. The bathroom and shower are in a different building. That part doesn't work for me. Lol.

Love that park too, but just do day passes because I want my comfortable bed haha.

Chickadee : Also, you'll want to double-check on the pet policy because I don't think they allow dogs in the lakeside cabins.

Lol that's a big nope for me. My friend stayed in one. She said all was good, that is until night fall. The lights came on and she could see every spider on the screen walls and just freakin nope. Lol

I wouldn't have my pooch in that water, or near it. Gators are present.

Funnest ones are the 8 or so live camping spots for $15 a night. Has communal water/electricity spotNeed a tent

It's the old San Jacinto girl scout horse camp!
We spent so much time there back in the 80's.
By the early 90's, the youngest used to be there frequently as one of the riding aides and they stayed in the 'barn'.
