If someone with location and description of this lady can call the non emergency number and report this, law enforcement will come out to help this person. there are times that they refuse any help, and LEO can request a Baker Hold to check their mental state, etc, but they can only be held for up to 72 hours. After that, they are free to leave, if they wish, and some prefer to

wmubronco : HPD may have already spoken with her. They know who all the homeless people are and where they are staying. If she was an actual threat, she wouldnt be there.

I would definitely contact the HOA as well hpd. HOA can ensure a trespass is issued so further violations are a criminal offense

I believe someone posted in the last couple of weeks that there was a homeless woman around Creekwood Middle School . I wonder if this is the same lady.

Nde3 : If this is the bench im thinking it is, its on WLHP right by the bridge. There is a greenbelt trail that intersects right there but its not by any homes or IN that subdivision. Even if it was, the HOA cant do anything to stop a lady from sitting there. What if she was sitting on a bench in their park?
