Fall Creek Showbiz I went here recently and it has "self serve" concessions......why? They basically had double the staff of the kingwood concession(2 cashier 2 behind the counter for hot food) and none of them were doing anything or paying attention to customers. I thought they were the "fancy" theater but I think the kingwood one is nicer despite being older.

frebu : I like the Regal Bender's Landing movie theater, but it's kind of a drive from Kingwood.
frebu : That's kind of weird...so you scoop your own popcorn?
Joe : You go to a counter where nobody is and wait which makes the self serve portions make no sense(especially because it seems like neither the cashier or counter workers felt stocking was in their wheelhouse so it looked like a toilet paper aisle at the start of covid)
Are their seats shedding over there
Superfantastik : I dunno about shedding but there were broken seats in the theater that were selectable online which was annoying(we basically had to scoot one over and split our group)

Joe : Its right where I get on 99 from work so I stop there when 99 is backed up.

frebu : Noooo that's so germy! I just can't with that style of self service.
Heathur : It is basically order at a kiosk, pay, and then pick up your order. You really aren't getting your food. That's how is was the last time I went. It is better than the same person taking money and making food.
frebu : go to Cinemark Valley Ranch; clean, comfortable, and good facilities. Discounts for all on Tuesdays.
frebu : We go to Valley Ranch or Regals Landing.
KanKan : We always go to VR for movies too. It's very nice and well maintained. The last time we went to KW movies, the theater was run down and smelled musty.
Joe : I had to look up Regal Landing and low and behold I've seen it driving by on 99 a bunch of times. It looks nice on the inside according to the pictures online.
