Hello! I recently just moved into the Sherwood Trails neighborhood and we dont have any water today. My Landlord said the hoa hasnt said anything about outages or shut offs and the 311 number isnt working for Houston. Theres some kind of construction going on so I was wondering is anyone else without water or knows what I can check? Thank you!

I would suggest calling the water company if you can't get to 311.

Its back on. I finally got ahold of someone with Houston. Im still not sure what caused it but im just happy its back on. Thank yall for your help!

I didn't have any trouble but run a load of laundry water empty because rust can come out of the pipes at first and ruin a load.

Great idea! I always do the same. I typically do the tub since it doesn't haveca filter to clog.
