I feel bad for the peeps that organize and put this show on, they are a nice couple that are trying hard for KW and then this happens. 😞 i hope the drone company compensates them in some way. The bad PR is not going to be repaired w just a refund.

SpaceCat : Not sure I would trust a reschedule. Better for them to get refunded what they paid and put the $$$ towards the next community event. That company could have told the organizers early enough about the issues where they could have let people know before they headed out and given them time to go find another display somewhere.

Still working out the kinks...lol. They have some pretty cool things on the site if that was truly them. OK, let's get back to the magnetic interference issue and the location of where the drones were. From a few Google searches. They first two paragraphs below will give two possible reasons why it was "their equipment", it couldn't handle the interference. The picture that is attached is from the REMAX parking lot and is an example of what is around that area. Not an expert but could be an explanation and could maybe have been avoided and another staging area set-up. If this could be the case, I am bummed that KW was the "live and learn" client. To quote many other wise KDCers - "We are OWED!" - lol!!
