I read that children were safely removed from the apartment. How terrifying for those children and sad that they were involved in this.

I hate that the kids were in the apartment. What the heck is wrong with people. Don't they know this traumatizes these children

Saw another report from a neighbor in the complex that the two kids were released....so that's good...

This was my photo I took. And yes you are allowed to leave depending on where you are in proximity to the situation. We are 4 apartments down from the suspect and we're allowed to leave. There are children involved the man is being treated as an active shooter and credible threat to the community community threats to shoot everyone.

Well im in the building next door so its pretty clear lol , Suspect is Lawrence Holder idk the spelling they have requested that he come out with nothing in his hands ,they state that they are aware there was an altercation last night but that they need him to come out so they can clear it all up. They have stated they can guarantee safety if he comes out willingly and unarmed but that if they have to go in they cant promise his safety ...im paraphrasing but they stated the complex is surrounded and his family is outside so im hoping everyone was removed safely...right now its eerily quiet

Hard to say, this is delicate situation anything can and will happen. In moments like this just gotta keep everyone in your prayers.
