We received our HOA and Trail Assessment today

Why do people always say I think it was this much last year?
I know exactly how much my HOA assessments for last year were, $550 which in MBV includes trails.
MBV's 2026-2027 assessments are $605.

I haven't received mine but that's about what we paid last year.

BS. They let them drop where they are! And the ones that are dangerous to homes ONLY get addressed when you send tons of letters, certified mail and call/email them until they send someone out to take a look.
