That Lunch Out!

This week, my older son asked me to come by and eat lunch with him and see his new offices, since he just expanded his company. We went to Republic Grill; it is consistently delicious. The portions are good and their cobbler of the day is always amazing this time. It was a favorite of both of us, apple. Big enough for 3 to share, but of course, we piglets wiped it out with two! There is a Republic just off of 99 at they Burnham Woods exit, but I really do wish we had one in Kingwood!

That does look delicious! Glad you got to go out and enjoy a good lunch with your son. I haven't been to a Republic Grill yet, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing one here in our area and trying it out.

Thanks for the pics! We go to my DH's doctor in Shenandoah regularly and like to go to lunch while out of the bubble. I'll put Republic Grille on the must try list.

y'all will enjoy it; during the week, if you go after about 12:40pm, the wait is very short. We both got the Chicken Woodlands, with chosen sides. The burgers, pastas and meatloaf are all very good, too. COTD-Cobbler of the Day is a can't miss. The blackberry is good enough to roll in!!

We love this place. They also offer 50% off for veterans which is pretty cool.

LittleTexas : They have their "special" section on the menu. There is a blackened flounder fish on there that is so so good. It has all kinds of items piled on it. It's amazing. I like to get their chicken and sausage gumbo to go, yummy!!!!
