Just an observation
Police also "roll" thru stop signs & right turns on red lights.
Seems that almost EVERYONE stops ON a crosswalk rather than before the crosswalk or the STOP line. 🤷🏻‍♂️
(Divers seem to stop so that their own seat is directly over the crosswalk.)

Cops have bigger fish to fry than traffic enforcement. Especially on private property.

Chow : HPD has a TE Division. They bring in plenty of money. If targeted enforcement is needed, they are the ones to call. I don't think KW cops should waste their time on traffic.
