The mold count has been high. Could be the cause. That's one which affects me a lot.
cbear, gato and Kittle reacted Several things could be affecting you. Pollen counts for both weeds and mold were high yesterday. Additionally there was an ozone alert for sensitive groups yesterday and for today.

Plus the air is unhealthy which isn't helping. Be sure to take Zirtec & an inhaler they help!🙏

I am always having allergies. I think I am allergic to air. I do take an allergy pill that helps a lot.

ME! The last few days = sinus pain intermittent, stuffiness, itchy eyes, periods of 10+ sneezes and dripping. I just suffer through it unless it is my eyes and I use Naphcon A eye drops. Mold is my trigger and we have a ton of that plus ozone is high. Bring on the rain!

Hope all of you are feeling better too!!

I generally suffer from bad allergies, no matter what the season is. I felt like I was battling a sinus infection earlier this week, but managed to avoid it with various allergy medicines. The ozone is on high alert right now, and I think both mold and pollen is high as well. Hope you and your Mom start feeling better soon!

Thought I'd post a reminder here to you, and others who might take benedryl, that it has been linked with an increased rate of dementia.
"When the researchers examined the use of anticholinergic drugs, they found that people who used these drugs were more likely to have developed dementia as those who didn't use them. Moreover, dementia risk increased along with the cumulative dose. Taking an anticholinergic for the equivalent of three years or more was associated with a 54% higher dementia risk than taking the same dose for three months or less."

Man, thank you so much for this. I finished a whole packet of benadryl last year. I will be changing to Allegra. Benadryl is heavy on the brain. I feel drowsy for days after taking a dose
