Looks like to me, attacked and self defense. So I agree with the police, no charges. Glad there was video. We have the right to defend ourselves and our family. Lots of crazies out there.
Texasdad : I'm glad. When I originally saw this, I thought they were going to try and say it wasn't self-defense when he went around the vehicle. I'm glad his family was able to reach safety unharmed and the threat was disabled.
