Anyone know much about the Kingwood Running Club? They say they

GreentreeMom : I have seen pictures they post on FB and it looks like sometimes they are on a track. I would imagine on a track everyone does their own pace. However they also do runs around the town which I have also wondered for slower runners/walkers do they end up circling back?

They are a very nice, welcoming bunch! My husband and I have joined them at the Creekwood track and I just walked and he jogged. They are very encouraging without being overly, rah rah rah.

I keep saying that I am going to join them. I live within walking distance to the Creekwood track, so it would be convenient for me to go.

I walk the Mall during the week days. No humidity, no allergies, stairs, bathrooms, and I can sit and drink water when I want!

luannski: that was so popular back in the 80s. It's smart but don't you get tempted to do unnecessary shopping ? lol

I've been a couple of times! There's a set distance but you can run or walk if you please, there are plenty of walkers too! After runs they usually get food at the surrounding businesses.
