"Of course any smoked meat could be used if the specified brand is not available in your area. Ham is good, but tends to make it little salty for my taste depending on the ham used. I want to try smoked ham hocks (boneless) which sounds like it might work pretty good. They are available at HEB in Kingwood."
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup (1/2 of a 10 oz. package) chopped Broccoli frozen, or fresh
1 cup Rose's Smoked Butt, diced 1/4 inch
1 can (11 oz.) Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
Directions
Bring water, Broccoli and Smoked Butt to a boil and simmer 10 minutes (until Broccoli is soft).
Add condensed Cheese soup and mix.
Serve
