"I was actually surprised how easy this was to make. Plus if you think about it, there are many things you can do to this recipe to modify it and make it different. Just using a different cheese like a shredded Italian blend completely changes the dish. Changing sage sausage for plain is another new dish. Cook some mushrooms in the skillet before adding the first half of the egg mixture. Recipe says servers 8, depends on how much "other" stuff you have to go along with it."
Ingredients
10 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese1 (12-oz) package ground pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.

Break up sausage in a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes. Stir it around to keep it from becoming one huge glob.

While you are doing the sausage, whisk together the first 4 ingredients about a minute until well blended.

Melt butter in a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat, remove skillet from heat, and pour half of egg mixture into skillet. Sprinkle evenly with cooked sausage and cheese. Top with remaining egg mixture and bake for about 15 minutes or until set.

That's all there is to it.
