2 pounds frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1/2 stick margarine (softened)
1/2 small onion chopped
8 ounces of sour cream
1 cann condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Grease a 13 x 9 cake pan.
Spread mixture into pan. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover for the last 10 min to let the top get brown and crispy.
