"This one can made made so many different ways, it can taste different each time. I like to use Linguine or Spaghetti noodles broken in half, or twisty ones, but elbow macaroni is good also. I also like the cream of mushroom soup, or Alfredo for the sauce the best, but that is just me."
Ingredients
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 Italian sausages (or about a pound of loose)
1 lb. pasta noodles mostacelli, rotini, etc. (your choice)
Fixings for favorite pasta sauce
OR 1 large can Prego
OR Cream of Mushroom soup, diluted to about a sauce thickness
Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic
Directions
Cook Italian sausage in oven at 400 degrees until brown. (They don't need to be cooked completely.) Actually I usually just do it in a skillet and break them open first so I have ground sausage.
Boil and prepare pasta noodles as package recommends.
Simmer your pasta sauce and add seasonings to taste.

Slice Italian sausage into bite size pieces (if using links).
Combine sausages, sauce, drained and cooked noodles, along with 4 ounces of Mozzarella (half).
Place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix together thoroughly.
Add remaining cheese to top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
