Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Bonnie says: "My father's recipe from when I was a child, I remembered it by taste. If you like ranch dressing and cheese, then you'll love this. (It is not figure friendly)"


INGREDIENTS
2 packets of Hidden Valley ranch dressing

2 cups of real mayo

2 cups of milk

1 block of your favorite chedder(or 2 bags of shredded)

1 20 count of corn tortillas

Your favorite chicken fajita meat



DIRECTIONS
1). Preheat oven to 450

2). Follow the directions on the back of the ranch packets and then let it set in the fridge to thicken.

3). Fully cook the fajita meat and set it aside to cool.

4). Get your desired casserole dish and on one layer put, a row of tortillas, on top of that, cheese and then meat.

5). Then pour in the ranch to cover, then repeat process until the casserole is full.

6). Then put a layer of cheese to top it off.

7). Put it in the oven until cheese is melted (estimate time, 5 minutes)
