Tell us a bit about your business: What does your business offer, and how long have you been around?

EZ Comfort is Air Conditioning & Heating w/ Electrical Company, “Making Comfort EZ”, in the Humble communityfor 12+ years. We offer maintenance, repair services, installation services, attic insulation, spray foam, indoor air quality, duct cleaning, generators and more! We are qualified trained Trane Comfort Specialist specializing in all brands.

How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?
Gian “Carlos” Sandoval, started as a service technician. He decided to share his talent and love for HVAC service and open his own business right here in the heart of Humble, TX to bring AC & Heating comfort to the community.

Tell us a couple of things you are proud of about your business. What are you known for? What separates you from the competition?
EZ Comfort is a transparent, reliable and skilled company. We are known for our knowledge and great customer

service! EZ Comfort is known for getting the job right the first time easing the AC, Heating, Indoor Air Quality and/or Electrical customers comfort concerns. We are separating ourselves from the competition by training our
professionals on the latest and greatest technology and equipment to bring our communities cooling & heating comfort.

What is your favorite part of running this business?
My favorite part of the business is knowing my staff and I are meeting the demands of the community with reliable

AC, Heating and Electrical repairs and services. It also brings me great pleasure to help the unemployment rate by hiring highly qualified personnel.

Who is your ideal customer/client? Who do you serve best?
EZ Comfort’s ideal customer/client is anyone who is a homeowner, business owner, realtor and/or property manager that would like to make their properties' Comfort to be made EZ! We are here to serve the Humble community and surrounding areas with great dependable AC & Heating comfort and if it sparks your interest, we can help you with Electrical too.

Can you tell us something about yourself as the business owner? What is your background?
As a business owner, I always try to lead by example for my employees and maintain a positive and open mindset because we encounter many different mentalities. I like to help people, especially my employees without expecting anything in return. I have been working in the air conditioning industry for over 20 years and every day is about learning something new. It’s not always what to expect, but the experience of learning something different makes it more interesting.

Are there any special promotions, annual sales, or special events that you'd like to mention?
EZ Comfort offers financing, rebates and other great benefits to keep your AC& Heating comfort going. We hold quarterly events at our location 7575 Charpiot Ln. We also offer no cost filters to our local Humble / Atascocita neighborhoods. How do you see your business growing and improving over the next couple of years?

AC & Heating is an ever-evolving industry, and we are here to evolve every step of the way. We keep our team up on the latest developments in the Air Conditioning & Heating business. EZ Comfort keeps their specialist up to date and trained both in the Spring and Fall Seasons. By serving & educating our community and meeting the new EPA laws we will grow our presence in the Humble, TX area.
