Kingwood, Texas. -- Effective August 1, 2023, Kingwood Emergency Hospital is now Elite
Hospital Kingwood. The new name represents the hospital's continued commitment to providing
high-quality, personalized emergency, acute hospital care and outpatient services that meet the
unique needs of each patient. Elite Hospital Kingwood is locally owned and operated and
proudly serves the Northeast Houston community.

makes sense for our name to reflect the experience that patients have at our growing hospital.”
The name change will not affect the company's ownership or management structure. The same
dedicated team of professionals will continue to manage the company and patients will
experience the same high level of service they have come to trust.
