The Creativity Shell would like to invite you to participate in a special nationwide project called Sew A Little Love.
The Sew a Little Love, also called the Mommy & Me in Quarantine Quilt project is a nationwide project consisting of quilt blocks with fabric replicas of hands. Participants will trace their hand out of fabric and will sew the hand traced fabric on to another piece of fabric. When participants register to join the project, they will also be given the opportunity to leave a comment on the registration page which will then be transferred to a special QR code to be read by anyone with a smart phone once quilts are completed. At the end of this project, the Creativity Shell plans to have 100 quilts and 4800 participants.  Each quilt is unique and will represent a certain topic, theme and/or group.

The Mommy and Me in Quarantine Quilt will be a special series of quilts consisting of moms and children. The QR messages can be read from smart phones which will make these quilts interactive and fun for everyone involved. These quilts will be hung in public places such as grocery stores and public libraries. By being a part of the Mommy and Me in Quarantine Quilt, your hands will be used to show the love and bond between moms and children. It will also be a fun way to remember some of the things you celebrated with your children during quarantine.

This Mommy and Me in Quarantine Quilt is Open to anyone in the community that wants to be a part of this project. Instructions on how to complete the quilt block will be included with the quilt block kit.
