Kingwood Lakes is an apartment community nestled in the heart of the Kingwood Lakes neighborhood. Our community is located directly across from Kingwood High School. Every apartment is brand new and boasts granite counter tops, granite tub surrounds, faux wood flooring and so much more!

At Kingwood Lakes Apartments, we are all about providing the perfect home for our customers and residents and that's why we're really excited to have this opportunity to talk about our recent changes! Tell us a couple things you are proud of about your business. What are you known for? What separates you from your competition? 

This is a great opportunity to boast a little about all the great amenities we offer our residents! Each kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops and energy efficient appliances and, though it may not sound romantic or exciting, we also feature new energy efficient windows, which help keep the cool air in during the Summer and warm air in during the Winter. Part of providing that perfect home is helping our customers keep those utility bills as low as possible. Some homes feature beautiful wood-look porcelain tile, which is both beautiful and easy to clean, but our favorite touch is the granite shower surrounds that are featured in every home.
