Kingwood Montessori's Summer Academy started with a bang this year. The students are studying the Universe this week. They will spend the first week exploring space and everything in it.

Kingwood Montessori is a Non-Profit (501c3) Private School serving children from 18 months to 6th grade. The Summer Academy is held between June and August each year. The Academy is based on the rigorous and highly respected Montessori Method; which stimulates children's interest, and excitement through a hands-on interactive learning approach. In the classroom, children have access to the Montessori materials to improve their language and math skills, in a non-competitive atmosphere. Children learn to concentrate, follow their ideas through and create original work. They will also meet new friends and develop their leadership skills.
