JC Sports is proud to announce our soccer training partnership with the Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash to provide a Soccer Player Development Program at the JC Sports indoor sports complex in Atascocita.
Starting July 9th, 2017,
the Houston Dynamo and Dash will offer a 6-week Player Development
Program locally at the JC Sports Complex. The player development program
will focus on: Technical, tactical, speed and agility. Training will also incorporate
our Elite TOCA Training (TOCA is the exclusive JC Sports training
to improve the player's first touch, soccer engagement and improves touches
with the non-dominant foot).Training will be conducted by some of the top trainers of the Houston
Dash and Houston Dynamo Team in conjunction with the TOCA Master Trainers at JC Sports.TOCA is a new way of soccer training that is only available and exclusive to JC Sports in the Houston Metro area. By using a Touch trainer (similar to a pitching machine in Baseball) children can improve their nondominant foot, receiving the ball and soccer game involvement. You can achieve between 200 to 400 touches in a regular 45 min training session.
"We are really excited about this partnership with our local soccer professional teams," Cesar Coronel, owner of JC Sports shared with us. "This partnership really shows our community commitment to improve the soccer development in our area. The Player Development Program is an advanced soccer training that has been offered in other areas of Houston but was not available in the Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita area. By partnering with the Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash trainers and incorporating our exclusive TOCA Touch trainer we can now offer and unique soccer training like no other in our community," Cesar Added.
Cesar also shared with us that the training is available to our youth
(boys and girls) ages 7-18 years old and the goal is to make sure
children improve their soccer skills to be more effective when playing
for their Club, Middle School or High School. Our goal is not to replace
their Club or High School team but to enhance their learning and skills
so they can be successful in what they enjoy to do. We hope to have a good turnout during this first trial run as the
Houston Dynamo/ Dash are looking to continue the program on a regular
basis, If we get a good response from our community that will surely
happen. For more info about the programs, details, price and to enroll go to: https://houstondynamoacademy.sportngin.com/register/form/819106104
