Kingwood Health & Wellness Clinic was recently recognized by The 2016 Best Of Lake Houston Readers' Choice Winners as the Best of Weight Loss Clinics. The staff wish to thank all of the readers and patients for the support.

On September 23 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. they will off a FREE screening THYROID TEST for the first 50 people to reserve. This is a blood test and the blood has to be drawn at the clinic located at 1543 Green Oak Place, Ste 200 in Kingwood. It will be necessary to fill out a basic registration and questionnaire which can be downloaded and printed at http://www.kingwoodwellness.com/documents/KHW-registration.pdf

There will be no charge for the labwork. Office fees will be applicable if you desire treatment. Please call 281-852-1800 to schedule for your free blood test.
