The Isle at Kingwood Assisted Living & Memory Care is proud to announce the newest addition to our community! The 23-unit Extended Care is uniquely designed for those who are in need of a higher level of care than assisted living. This is a very customized care plan from our nursing staff based on each individual's particular needs. The unit has two nurse's stations, a rehab clinic, a cozy dining room and living room. The residents will be engaged in social activities and interacting with others. We are proud to say that we have a nurse manager on property 24/7 for your peace of mind! The design is the same beautiful interior as the rest of our community.

Also, our Memory Care has two wonderful new programs to engage it's residents. One is our new addition to our activities called "It's Never Too Late". This is very interactive giving the residents opportunities to Skype with loved ones, to fly a plane simulator, to sing along to oldies, to exercise, play a game of bingo and much, much more!

Our dining service in Memory Care now has a wonderful new service called "Dining with Dignity." This will allow our memory care residents to use their sense of smell and sight to order their dining choices. Sometimes, it is difficult for the resident to understand the choices much less choose one. This unique service offers them to "Dine with Dignity".
