Taylor Family Practice/Taylor Wellness Advantage and Advantages Pharmacy will be moving to Humble March 16 - 21 in the Deerbrook Professional Building located at 8901 FM 1960 Bypass W, Suite 310. Advantages Pharmacy will be in Suite 103. The Deerbrook Professional Building is located behind Citizen's Bank after the new Cavenders. Taylor Family Practice/Taylor Wellness Advantage's phone number will remain the same - 281-359-4220, as will Advantages Pharmacy - 281-359-3892. Patients are encouraged to make appointments and refill prescriptions now, so services will not be interrupted by the move.
